1, solvent pump: continuous spray solvent rotation extraction.

2. Solvent extraction: Spray and soak the bean cake in solvent to make the oil and fat soluble in solvent (in the form of a mixture of oil and water).After treatment, a wet powder and a mixed oil (mixed oil) are obtained.

3. DTDC: used to separate the solvent from wet coarse powder.

4. Mixed oil tank 1: pump the oil water mixture (oil solvent) into the oil water mixture 1, then 10% salt water is added to it.The phospholipids and impurities in the oil-water mixture will react with the saline water, and the precipitate in the reactants, to achieve the purpose of purification.

5. The refined mixture of tank No. 2 will be pumped in.

6. Mixed oil stripping: take out the remaining solvent and mix the oil.And the solvent will be discharged to the condenser for recovery.

7. Condenser: used to cool the solvent gas separated from the recovery of wet powder and mixed oil.
