Product Description
The advantages of peanut oil leaching equipment are as follows:
I. Production process of peanut oil pressing equipment:
Peanuts → hulling → kernel separation → crushing → steaming → pressing → filtering → peanut oil → refining workshop
1. A complete set of peanut oil processing equipment developed by Henan Zhongxing Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd., mainly uses peanut hot pressing and can also be cold-pressed;
2. Adopt the technology of peeling, crushing, steaming and frying, and press the pressed oil with light color, low acid value and high nutritional value.

Two, peanut oil processing equipment refining process flow:
1. Brief introduction:
The workshop adopts the production technology of intermittent refining. According to the different types and qualities of crude oil, the process parameters can be adjusted and different refining methods can be selected to produce the first, second and third grade edible oil.The process equipment we provide has the following advantages:

Operation: (1) alkali refining oil temperature adjustment and 60 ºC or so, then 20-30 be lye (1 kg caustic soda lye) + 5 kg water after 5-10 minutes, stir and under the condition of 60 r/min 5-10 min, observe the reaction of soap grain formed after separation condition and began to slowly heat up, in the slow mixing, about 1 ºC higher per minute, when the temperature reached 65 ºC, the separation of oil soap, stop stirring, began to static precipitation soapstock, normally takes 4 to 6 h after release soapstock.
Water washing operation: after releasing the soap feet, the oil is further heated to 75ºC, and then added with hot water greater than 5% of the weight of the oil. When adding water, the water temperature should be higher than the oil temperature of 5-10ºC, and the water temperature is too low and easy to emulsify.After adding water, continue stirring for 5min, then static precipitation for 3-4h, release the soapy water, and wash it with water repeatedly 1-2 times, depending on the quality of the oil.
Decolorization operation: open the vacuum pump, make the vacuum >=700mmHg;Will be washed before alkali refining suction decoloring cans, under the vacuum state open stirring, heating, temperature of 100 ºC after continue stirring for 10 min, make the oil moisture below 0.1%, then small doses decoloring agent (clay and activated carbon), add the amount depending on the product, generally for oil amount 2% - 4%, stirring after 20 min, cooled to about 90 ºC, broken vacuum, open the decoloring oil pump to filter for soil separation, decoloring oil.
(4) deodorization operation: decolorization oil is sucked into the deodorization tank by vacuum. When the vacuum degree reaches 755mmHg and the temperature is above 150ºC, open the bottom of the direct steam to begin distillation and deodorization, and start the timing;
A, deodorization time: 2-3h,
B, deodorization temperature: 220ºC-240ºC,
C, deodorization vacuum degree: above 755mmHg,
D, the whole process must be direct steam distillation,
Three, dewaxing process
1. Brief introduction:
In the processing of rapeseed oil, the wax inherent in rapeseed oil can be separated from the oil by dewaxing process, so as to enhance the nutritional value of the oil and improve the taste and quality of the oil.
