Soybean oil processing complete set of equipment Soybean oil processing technology usually adopts direct leaching pretreatment, some cases also adopts cold pressing process.
Cold pressing process flow of soybean oil processing equipment:
Soybean - cleaning - crushing - softening - rolling - temperatures-pressing - bean cake.
The softening temperature of soybean in cold pressing process is generally not higher than 45ºC ~ 50ºC, the softening water is 10% ~ 12%, the thickness of rolling embryo is 0.4mm ~ 0.5mm, and the tempering temperature before pressing is not higher than 70ºC.If the whole seed is cold pressed by ZX10 screw oil press, embryo rolling is not needed.
The traditional pretreatment and leaching process of soybean is relatively simple, while the advanced pretreatment and leaching process of soybean can adopt peeling, extrusion and bulking, humid and hot treatment and other technologies, and can be combined with the drying of soybean before peeling to adjust the quality, omit the softening process and simplify the pretreatment process flow.

The pretreatment and leaching process of soybean should be combined with soybean protein production, soybean comprehensive utilization and soybean active ingredient extraction.
Two, oil leaching
In the process of oil extraction by leaching, the oil leaching process should be the most important process.The leaching mechanism of raw embryo, pre - pressed cake or extruded material is the same.However, due to the different pretreatment technology of these leaching materials, the existence state of oil and material properties are not the same, so there are differences in the selection of leaching process conditions and the selection of leaching equipment.
New leaching process
In polar solvent leaching process, using new solvent as the target of oil leaching is to obtain higher quality oil and finished meal than using hydrocarbon solvent leaching.
Soybean oil leaching equipment process:
1. Ethanol was used as the leaching solvent
Ethanol can be used as leaching solvent to produce oil without refining, light soybean meal with high protein content and essential amino acid content, good taste and smell, and can be separated from phospholipids and vitamins.High quality oil and meal with very low gossypol content can be obtained when cotton seed is leached with ethanol as solvent.
In order to remove the residual ethanol in the oil, it does not need to be heated for a long time. In order to remove the trace solvent in the mixed oil, the conditions for stripping of the mixed oil are not as strict as those for light gasoline, so it has little effect on the quality of the oil.Urease, lipooxidase, erythrolectin and 50 ~ 70% trypsin inhibitor in soybean meal were actually fully passivated after ethanol leaching of soybean.Ethanol, in particular, is less toxic than light gasoline and hexane and has less flammability and explosion risk in production.
2. Acetone is used as the leaching solvent
Acetone with good hydrophilic and lipophilic properties is one of the important solvents in oil leaching.Due to hydrophilic carbonyl >;C=0 occupies the majority of acetone molecules, acetone has a high dielectric constant and can be soluble with water in any proportion of the characteristics.In the acetone molecules there are two powerful hydrophobic methyl - CH3, so it can be mixed with vegetable oil in any proportion, is a good solvent for vegetable oil extraction.Another advantage of acetone as a solvent is that the oil can be easily separated from acetone by diluting it with water.
Using the dual nature of acetone, cottonseed extraction can obtain high quality oil and cottonseed meal from cottonseed, gossypol and other non-fat substances.In this respect, the most extensive and basic research work was carried out by the All-Soviet Oil and Fat Research Institute in the former Soviet Union in 1966-1969.The contents of the study included selective leaching of cottonseed with acetone using a combination of solid-liquid and liquid-liquid extraction processes, followed by concentration and refining of the mixed oil with different concentrations of acetone aqueous solutions.This process is shown in Figure 3-3.30.Using this process, sunflower oil, cottonseed oil, linseed oil and soybean oil have been obtained in the laboratory and in the semi-production plant after refining, and the color of sunflower oil has also reached the refined refining standard (sunflower oil: acid value 0.84mgKOH, phospholipid content 0.18%, color 4.3 mGi 2;Oleic acid value of flax is 2.70 mgKOH, phospholipid content is 0.27%, chroma is 53.8mGi 2).
The use of acetone to leach vegetable oils has not yet reached the stage of industrial application at home and abroad, mainly due to the high price and insufficient quantity of acetone compared with the hydrocarbon solvents used.
