Process introduction:
1. Raw grain cleaning section: the use of a screen, a stone removal, a magnetic separation, and through the configured air separation system, to clear out the grain of large and small impurities,
2. Peeling and embryo removal section: two peeling, one polishing, two screening, one selection.
1) Two steps of peeling and one step of polishing ensure that the skin and embryo are removed cleanly, and the powder and skin are separated by an effective suction system;
2) Sieving: separate the material according to different sizes and masses;
3) Selection: according to the specific gravity of the material, the skin and broken embryo are separated from the material through the combined action of fish scale plate and air flow;
3. Grits section: The process of grits, brushing powder, sieving and classification suspension is adopted.
Grits: the material is broken into grits to grind the endosperm (white spot) with low hardness into powder;
2) Brushing powder: to separate the white powder from the material;
3) Sieving: grading according to material size;
4) Suspension: according to the material proportion of different use of airflow to separate the micro skin from the grits;
4. Pulverizing section: multi-channel grinding and sieving process is adopted.
1) Grinding: the surface sand into the mill is ground into fine powder;
2) sieving: separating the fine powder from the material;
5. Metering and packaging section: warehouse can reduce the amount of labor. Metering and packaging can be manual or electronic.
