The working principle of

Directions for use

1. Before use, you must read the operation manual carefully to be familiar with the performance characteristics and operation methods of the machine.

2. Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out, the fasteners shall not be loose, the handle can rotate flexibly, turn the pulley by hand, the running parts should be normal, no abnormal sound, and then add 30# oil in the reducer.

3. Loose the locking nut, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise, (the adjusting handle turns counterclockwise to narrow the gap between cakes, and the adjusting handle turns clockwise to widen the gap between cakes) so that the cone of the pressing screw is pressed against the cone of the pie ring, then turn the adjusting screw clockwise (turn 3-5 times), tighten the nut, and prepare to start the machine.

4. The machine is connected with three-phase four-wire power supply. After the power is connected, the main shaft should be rotated counterclockwise.

5. Adjust the temperature controller (2) to squeeze the required temperature 120 ºC, 160 ºC (according to oil) heat heating switch to open to the host location, and the machine heat to heat up, when the green light, red light out on the temperature controller, when the temperature rise of the machine to set the temperature, and the red light green light, the temperature of the machine is a automatic control and maintain the set temperature, winter low temperature, the heating switch open to host all heating position, make the oil pan temperature, easy oil left.

6. Press the button of the main motor, (turn the switch on the main engine to the positive position) the main engine starts to run, and the rotation direction should be counterclockwise.

7. After the installation of the new oil press for 4-8 hours of grinding, the method is to use the cake material has been squeezed dry oil slowly fed into the hopper, repeatedly pressed back, so that the press chamber is polished, remember to start grinding do not pour the material directly into the hopper, and with hand feeding is appropriate, to prevent the press screw stuck.If the feeding is too fierce, the press chamber abnormal sound or press screw stuck dead, should stop immediately, eliminate the obstruction, or reassemble and then start grinding, it is strictly prohibited to force the trailer.

8. When the oil is pressed normally, the feed must be kept even, and do not run idle or break the material too much or too little.At this time, the machine load is normal, the operation is stable, the sound is rhythmic.The cake is smooth, the low pressure section is basically free of slag, the high pressure section has a small amount of oil residue, but the proportion of the residue in the oil is not more than 10%, the temperature in the press chamber can reach 150-200 ºC, the smoke out of the cake mouth should be discharged from the smoking pipe through the shield.Hot cakes should be spread out in time, do not rush to pile or ship, otherwise it will produce natural phenomenon.When the continuous working time is long, the machine temperature is too high, should take cooling measures such as fan blowing.

9. When the squeezing out of oil into the oil filter, press the pump button, vacuum pump to run, was out of air inside the filter, oil filter formed in the barrels of internal pressure, the oil filter, oil naturally pumps and diesel quarantined on filter cloth, to squeeze the end, after the oil is pumped, open the valve on the oil filter, stop the pump running, dry slag is formed on the filter cloth, with a scraper scrape, can put the oil filter out the pure oil bottom valve.

10. Downtime.Stop feeding before stopping, and then put in a small amount of cake crumbs, until the rest of the material in the press chamber is exhausted, and the pie outlet is no longer able to stop.After stopping the machine, turn the adjusting screw clockwise for 1-3 times, and then disconnect the power supply.
